We love your furry companions and welcome up to two per apartment home. While we are huge fans of individuality (and the exotic), we have to ask that exotic pals, such as skunks and ferrets, find happy homes with a friend or family member. Please note that we reserve the right to disallow certain aggressive breeds of dogs and aquariums as per our pet addendum. Please contact our leasing office for further information.
How does a resident of Modera Walsh Heights get a parking spot?
Modera Walsh Heights offers parking for an additional fee per month. Uncovered spaces are first come first serve, carports are $65/month, detached garages are $250/month, and attached garage (tuck under) is $195/month.
Are there guest parking spots available at the Aledo homes?
We do offer guest spots available on a first come first serve basis.
How do I submit regular and after-hours maintenance requests at Modera Walsh Heights?
We proudly offer an on-site maintenance team. Submit routine requests via your Resident Portal; please allow 48 hours for a response. For after-hours emergencies, call our main number and press 1 to speak with Milly, our virtual assistant, who will escalate it to our on-call associate.

At Modera Walsh Heights there are one-time fees that include an Application fee of $85 per applicant, an administrative fee of $150,and a deposit of $300. There are also monthly fees including an Amenity Fee, HOA Fee, Wifi Fee, Trash Fee, Pest Control Fee, and Conservice billing fee.

When is rent due each month at Modera Walsh Heights in Aledo?
Rent is due on the first of the month, and late fees will start on the fourth day of each month.
How do I pay rent?
To make this as convenient as possible, there are several ways to pay rent. Our favorite is through the Resident Portal or Resident Portal Mobile App. Visit the community website and select 'Residents' to login and submit your payment. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your favorite Android or Apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply).

With Flex, you choose when and how you pay rent. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments: you pay part of your total rent up front and finance the rest with a Flex credit line. You have the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your finances.
